Strain specific PDGFRA expression analysis in homozygous B-hPDGFRA mice by Western Blot. Lung/cortex/kidney tissues were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hPDGFRA mice (H/H), and analyzed by western blot with anti-PDGFRA antibodies. Mouse PDGFRA was detectable in wild-type mice. Human PDGFRA was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hPDGFRA mice but not wild-type mice.
