Strain specific NCR2 expression analysis in homozygous B-hNCR2 mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hNCR2 mice (H/H), and then were cultured for 4 days under 50 ng/mL hIL12 and hIL15 stimulation ex vivo. Flow cytometry was performed with anti-human NCR2 antibody to detect NCR2 expression. Human NCR2 was exclusively detectable in NK cells of homozygous B-hNCR2 mice.
