Strain specific analysis of MAG gene expression in wild-type mice and B-hMAG mice by RT-PCR. Mouse Mag mRNA was detectable in brain of wild-type mice (+/+). Human MAG mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hMAG mice (H/H) but not in wild-type mice.
Strain specific MAG expression analysis in homozygous B-hMAG mice by ELISA. Brain was collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hMAG mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific MAG ELISA kit. MAG was detectable in wild-type mice and homozygous B-hMAG mice, as the antibody is crossly reactive with MAG in human and mice.
