Protein expression analysis
Strain specific LGALS9 expression analysis in homozygous B-hLGALS9 mice by ELISA. Blood was collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hLGALS9 mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific LGALS9 ELISA kit. Mouse LGALS9 was detectable in wild-type mice. Human LGALS9 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hLGALS9 mice but not in wild-type mice.
